Pastor Tony Foster has been in the ministry for over eighteen years. A native of Greenwood, he graduated from Greenwood High School and attended Benedict College. Pastor Tony earned an Associate of Theology degree from the Christian Life School of Theology and furthered his studies at Slidell Baptist Seminary. He was licensed as a minister in 1993, ordained as an evangelist in 1995 and ordained as a pastor in 2000.  Pastor Tony is a member of the visionary team of Destiny Network International, which is under the leadership of Bishop Tony Miller.  A prophetic teacher and psalmist, Pastor Tony is Senior Pastor of Restoration Worship Center where his numerous duties include presiding over Restoration Bible College and the many ministries of Restoration Worship Center. Pastor Tony has a passion for lost souls and desires to see the body of Christ totally restored into the people God has called us to be.

Pastor Joanie Foster is a native of Greenwood and graduated from Greenwood High School. Pastor Joanie earned an Associate of Theology degree from the Christian Life School of Theology with further studies at Slidell Baptist Seminary. Pastor Joanie is a prophetic psalmist, teacher and preacher and serves as Co-Senior Pastor of Restoration Worship Center. In addition, Pastor Joanie is Worship Leader and oversees the Sunday School Department, Nursery & Children's Church, Women's Ministry and the Administration Department of the church. Pastor Joanie shares her husband's passion for reaching the lost and restoring them into the body of Christ. Pastors Tony and Joanie are the proud parents of two sons, James and Trey.
